Hate Speech: Expressions that promote violence, discrimination, or hostility based on attributes such as race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity etc., which may be subject to limitations under certain circumstances.
Commercial Speech: Advertising or promotional messages intended to persuade consumers to buy products or services. While it receives some protection under the First Amendment, it may also be subject to reasonable government regulation.
