DC circuits, or direct current circuits, are electrical circuits where electric charge flows continuously in only one direction. In these circuits, there is no reversal of electron flow.

Voltage: Voltage is the electric potential difference between two points in a circuit and determines how strongly electric charges will flow through it.
Resistance: Resistance is a measure of how much opposition there is to the flow of electric current within a circuit component.
Ohm's Law: Ohm's Law states that the current flowing through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the voltage across those points and inversely proportional to the resistance.
