Ottoman Empire: A state that controlled much of Southeast Europe, Western Asia and North Africa between the 14th and early 20th centuries. It was involved in both Balkan wars.

Treaty of London (1913): An agreement signed during the First Balkan War at the end of May 1913 in London; it ended hostilities between Ottoman Empire and members of Balkan League - Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria and Montenegro.
