MANIA is an acronym used to remember the main causes of World War I. It stands for Militarism, Alliances, Nationalism, Imperialism, and Assassination.
Triple Entente: A military alliance formed by France, Russia, and Britain before World War I.
Central Powers: The alliance consisting of Germany, Austria-Hungary, and eventually the Ottoman Empire during World War I.
Treaty of Versailles: The peace treaty that officially ended World War I and imposed harsh terms on Germany.
