Theater productions thrive on teamwork, but conflicts can arise. From personality clashes to creative differences, stage managers must navigate various issues. Effective conflict resolution involves , finding common ground, and fostering collaboration.

Collaboration is key to successful productions. Stage managers facilitate open communication, promote a shared vision, and encourage cross-functional teamwork. Developing strong feedback and communication skills helps create a positive, productive environment where creativity can flourish.
