What Is Sophistication? - Slides

We discussed what CollegeBoard sophistication means when by "Sophistication." We use the offical AP Language rubrics to break down exactly what is required to earn the sophistication point for each essay. We discuss that even though the sophistication point will likely be difficult to earn, it is a skill worth pursuing. We end with a discussion of how you can practically start improving the sophistication of your own writing.
